As a warm and down-to-earth therapist, my approach is to offer you a non-judgmental space where you can unpack and heal from the painful parts of your life. I am known for my ability to listen without assumptions so that I can understand your particular story and therefore offer you the help and support that you seek. I provide psychotherapy to clients who want lasting change in their primary relationships as well as overall personal growth.
I earned my master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. I trained at the Center for Individual and Family Counseling for two years, working with individuals, couples and families and facilitating parenting classes. I received additional training at Didi Hirsch and am a member of its Suicide Response Team which, in conjunction with the Mayor’s Crisis Response Team, is deployed to meet with family and others after a suicide has occurred in the City of Los Angeles. l also worked at Teen Line where I trained and oversaw adolescents answering the crisis line.
Outside of work I have a mindfulness practice, enjoy spending time with family and friends and love to surf as often as possible
